A 12-week install where we build the core operating system, test it, and hand it to your team ready to run.

Outcome: Your team executes to your standard, without routing every decision through you.

The guarantee: The system is installed, working, and running with your team by week 12, or I keep working, up to four more weeks, at no additional cost. Two things make that possible. We define “installed and running” in writing at the end of Phase 1, what’s in and what’s out. And you commit to a named owner, weekly checkpoints, and decisions back within three business days. Hold up your side and the finish line is mine to hit. If those conditions are not met, the clock pauses.

How it fits together

Most clients begin with the Diagnostic, then the Sprint, then the Partnership, but the Diagnostic is not required. Each stage is a separate decision, so you move to the next one only when you are ready. The Diagnostic is its own engagement: it showcases the three biggest issues, while Phase 1 of the Sprint identifies all of them.

What founders ask first

Is this AI strategy?

No. Most “AI strategy” starts with tools. This starts with the system underneath; AI only comes in to support decisions once that system works. Your standards scale, and they stay yours.

How is this different from a consultant?

Most consultants hand you a deck and disappear. I install a working operating system and stay until your team runs it without me.

Who manages all this work?

I’m a PMP-certified project manager, and the Operating System Foundation Sprint runs on a real plan with owners, dates, and checkpoints. You show up when a decision needs you, and the plan carries everything else.

Do I have to start with the Diagnostic?

No, but most clients do. It is the easiest way for us to meet and for you to see how I work. The Diagnostic is a standalone 90-minute session, and it does not shorten the Operating System Foundation Sprint. The Sprint runs a full 12 weeks either way, because Phase 1 identifies every issue across the business, not just the three the Diagnostic showcases.
