Systems

Real systems. Built and running.

This is what I install for founders: working machines that take real work off your plate, live today.

Most of what you’ll see here, I built for my own business first. That’s on purpose, and I don’t install anything I haven’t run myself. Each one is a working system: click in, watch the walkthrough, see how it runs.

The short version

I was my own worst client.

Every decision routed through me. I was the bottleneck I now install systems to remove. So I built myself an operating team: a set of AI-enabled roles that run the repetitive work of my business.

None of it sends on its own. Each role drafts, prepares, and stops at my approval. The AI does the prep; the judgment stays human. That is the same guardrail I build into every client system.

The team gives back 20+ hrs every week on my own business. One morning, it surfaced the day’s leads, flagged the ones that were wrong for me, and gave me back most of a working day before lunch.

Meet the operating team

The four roles I lead with.

The story named four roles. Here they are, each a working system that maps to a capability I install for clients. Click in to watch one run.

01Content LeadMarquee · Intelligent Systems + Implementation

Your newsletter, repurposed everywhere

One newsletter becomes a week of content, without you writing another word.

The problem

Content is the first thing to slip when you’re slammed, and creating fresh material for every channel from a blank page eats hours you don’t have.

What I built

A content flywheel that repurposes each newsletter into multiple pieces of content and graphics across four platforms, with every piece staged for your approval before it goes live.

Brand-safe: Nothing publishes without a human approving it. The checkpoint protects brand voice.

How it works

Inputs

Your newsletter + your brand voice

Process

Each content type drafts its own caption, hashtags, and tone, on-brand by design

Outputs

A week of posts and graphics staged and flipped to “Ready to Review”

02Chief of StaffFounder Leverage · Phase 1

Your morning, already triaged

Open one page each morning and know exactly what matters today.

The problem

The morning scramble across email, calendar, and tasks burns your sharpest hour on triage.

What I built

A daily brief that pulls your email, calendar, and task list into one prioritized view, ready before you sit down.

Brand-safe: You decide what’s urgent, and the system just clears the noise so the call is yours.

How it works

Inputs

Your email, calendar, and task list

Process

Filters, ranks, and summarizes overnight against what you said matters

Outputs

A single prioritized brief waiting each morning

03Lead-Intelligence AnalystGrowth & Pipeline · Implementation

No signal, no outreach

Every lead arrives with the reason you’re allowed to contact them, or it doesn’t arrive at all.

The problem

Prospecting is the first thing to slip when you’re busy, so the pipeline goes quiet exactly when you need it most.

What I built

A lead pipeline that runs on a locked registry of fifteen signals. If a lead carries no signal, it never reaches your outreach list.

Brand-safe: Some signals score a lead but may never be named to a person. Leads with nothing honest to open with are held back, not shipped.

How it works

Inputs

Fifteen signals, defined and locked before any lead is worked

Process

Gates cut the list first; only survivors get researched, on evidence from the last six months

Outputs

A ranked board where every lead carries its evidence and its source link

04Strategy LeadIntelligent Systems & Briefs · Phase 2

A point of view before the brief

Turn a goal into testable hypotheses, so every brief starts from a point of view.

The problem

Briefs that start from scratch drift off-strategy and sound like whoever wrote them that day.

What I built

A hypothesis-first system that frames the strategic bet before anyone writes the brief.

Brand-safe: AI prepares the thinking; you make the call. Your standards scaled, not skipped.

How it works

Inputs

A goal plus the relevant context

Process

The system proposes ranked hypotheses, each with its rationale

Outputs

A sharp brief starting point your team can run with

The full toolkit

Grouped by what it does for you.

Each cluster maps to a capability I install, with one method underneath all of it.

Founder Leverage

Systems that clear busywork off your plate.

Your morning, already triaged

Email, calendar, and tasks land as one prioritized brief before you sit down.

Notes in, decisions out

Long notes and call transcripts come back as just the decisions and next steps.

Intelligent Systems & Brand-Safe Briefs

Systems that prepare the thinking and keep your voice.

A point of view before the brief

Every project starts from ranked, testable hypotheses.

On-brand briefs in minutes

A first-draft creative brief that sounds like you and starts from strategy.

Growth & Pipeline

Systems that find and qualify the right clients.

No signal, no outreach

A locked registry of fifteen signals decides who reaches your outreach list, and who never does.

Only the leads worth your time

Every lead scored against your ICP before it ever reaches outreach.

The method

Every tool here comes out of one system.

Each maps to a piece of the Time Liberation Framework™, and here’s how they fit.

Phase 1
Diagnose
Map where your judgment is trapped. Score the bottlenecks. Define, in writing, what’s in scope and what’s not.
Phase 2
Install
Build the operating system: AI-enabled workflows, decision rules, and the run-book your team will use.
Phase 3
Encode standards
Translate your standards into checks the system enforces. Pressure-test against real work.
Phase 4
Hand off & redeploy
Onboard the team, transfer ownership, and decide where your reclaimed time goes: strategy, clients, or building the team. Set the cadence for tuning as you grow.
